Cook meat in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned and no longer pink; drain. 2. Add tomatoes, macaroni and 1½ cups water. Bring to boiling. Boil, partially covered, 10 minutes until macaroni is tender. Stir in Worcestershire. 3. Sprinkle with cheese and French Fried Onions.
